Drawing from decades of experience working with small architecture firms, CVG has launched a new division providing concierge bookkeeping services. Studio Services Bookkeeping (SSB) helps you construct a financial framework that informs critical business decisions. In addition to traditional bookkeeping services, we combine an understanding of the unique position of small design firms and their unpredictable financial environment, giving you a new lens through which to view your profitability. SSB offers a unique suite of services:

  • We handle reconciling accounts, payroll administration, invoicing, and bill payment.

  • We analyze project profitability.

  • We compare billable hours with the percentage actually billed.

  • We evaluate client and project types and their related impact on the financial position of the firm.

SSB becomes your finance department to help you stay organized and allow you to focus on higher priorities.

SSB offers a la carte services outside of CVG’s standard Investment Partnership contracts. If you’d like to learn more about scope and rates, email CVG’s CEO, Todd Reding.
