Studio Maven is a full-service architecture firm, located in San Francisco, CA, with projects throughout the Bay Area. The studio provides residential and commercial architecture as well as interior design.

“In CVG’s initial call with Studio Maven, we were impressed by their positivity,” said CVG’s V.P. of Marketing, Emily Hall. “We could immediately tell how much Audrey and Sarah enjoy working together, and how openly they communicate.”

This isn’t a surprise, considering Studio Maven’s Founder, Audrey Bauer, and Studio Administrative Manager, Sarah Bianchin are childhood friends. Two additional part-time employees work remotely to help the team deliver projects—one of whom is Audrey’s father.

Studio Maven believes in working with their clients on a “human level,” accounting for the emotional aspects of a home renovation just as much as the technical details. They pride themselves on customizing an experience that transcends the expectations of their clients, standing with them through every step of the process.

Selected portfolio highlights include renovations to a modern Silicon Valley residence, a condo refresh for a growing family, and modernized interiors for a Victorian flat.

This move also helped create a better environment for cooking, entertaining, and spending family time. In addition, Studio Maven designed a simplified master bedroom and bathroom resulting in a more usable floor plan with added storage space. Little details throughout the home, as well as an overall finish and fixture refresh throughout the house, transformed this nondescript space into a comfortable modern condo that embodied the family’s style. This Victorian flat was renovated by Studio Maven to create a peaceful oasis in this light-filled bathroom with cool grey tiles and warm wood tones. The flat had been highly tailored to the needs of its previous owner, and the new owner wanted to refresh the apartment to be more accommodating for all of his guests and to emphasize the natural light throughout the unit.
