CVG is Offering COVID-19 Short-Term Impact Planning Studies

For Small and Mid-Sized Architecture Firms

In this unprecedented time, it is critical for firms to be proactive and maintain forward-thinking strategies. CVG is committed to helping small architecture firms become stronger businesses, which includes resolving critical business decisions in times of crisis.

CVG is currently extending the short-term planning work we’re doing with our Investment Partners to other interested architectural firms. This includes:

  1. An analysis of your current pipeline including an examination of each project, its likelihood of proceeding, and a schedule of revenues from each over the next four months.

  2. Building a ProForma that models multiple potential financial and staffing outcomes over the next six months. This is based on the forecasting work we do with small design firms on an ongoing basis.

  3. Examining your cost structure and providing specific recommendations for cost-cutting measures and their appropriate timing.

  4. Studying past firm performance and estimating the impact this event may have on your total 2020 revenues.

As a participant in this program, firm leaders will also have access to any insights we have as we carefully monitor all legislation and advise firms on various government programs.

We estimate this program will require 2-3 hours of your time meeting with various CVG professionals and gathering data. Results can be generated within 10 days of the initiation of the program.

The price for this service is $2,500 with one half invoiced at the beginning and the second half upon completion.
